Students in grades 5-8 are preparing for high school and life, spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally. All instruction is Bible-based and Christ-centered. Students are encouraged to develop a sense of personal responsibility for their learning and their choices. Each student learns at his or her instructional level in Math and English Language Arts, and Social Studies and Science are on a four-year rotation to ensure that all students learn about all fields of science and both US and World History and Geography. Students also enjoy playing sports such as pickleball and volleyball in the gym and exploring the outdoors, as well as singing in the school choir, playing the ukulele, and creating weekly art projects.
